Consumer Payments (Zelle, BillPay) and Business Payments (Fraud Protection Services and Customer Insights)
As a Designer in the Business and Commercial Banking group, I was responsible for the design of JPMC's SMB Fraud Protection Services products, as well as our SMB business intelligence and data analytics platform. Prior to that I was involved with Consumer Payments products, like Zelle and BillPay.
I also worked closely with the Manhattan Design System team as the liaison for the Payments group, working on new design system components and managing the intake of design system defects, proposals and enhancements from the Payments group.
